The outer diameter, width of the roller, bearing ID number, number of bearings, and load rating.

MOST IMPORTANTLY is the Load Range, DO NOT base the purchase of a buffer solely on the dimensional measurements as this is a safety item and you may be putting people at risk if the buffer is not rated for the required load. Once the load range is determined then the different size options will be presented and narrowed down based on the available mounting space.

Regarding inquiries about unidentified parts, the more information provided with the request, the better. These can be dimensional measurements, clear photos from different angles of the part, a previous purchase order number for that part.
